Most of our beef is supplied by Manifold Valley Meats who are also in the Peak District, little more than 20 miles from Bakewell. They either raise their own cattle or use meat from specially selected farms, so we know the meat is free from additives and the stock is mainly grass fed with no hormones used and a minimum of drugs.
